Making and maintaining friendships as an adult is challenging. The loneliness is real, especially when WFH too. When you feel like you’re consistently the only one initiating plans with people, it’s hard not to take it personally when you stop hearing from them if you stop initiating.

It's still insane to me that the Mormon church makes each individual family pay for their kids' mission trips after already taking 10% tiding from all their members' income. I did not grow up LDS. like WTF are y'all paying for 😅 it's a billion dollar corporation.

Quality child care is a foundational piece of a strong economy and strong communities! The least we can do is to keep existing facilities open, but in reality we need to make child care affordable and accessible to everyone. Reach out to the County Council and ask them to keep the centers open!

We never take time away from the gym but I’m kind of glad we had a recovery week for the holiday this week. I was starting to feel beat tf up from my week-over-week progress and soreness 😅
