I just made something simple and nice. Ramen gravy! I made a roux, added a packet of ramen seasoning, garlic. and a few other ingredients I had lying around and then some water and there we go!

In other news, I am starting my New Year's cleaning after a particularly hectic summer and fall. Much more to go, but good to know that underneath all the clutter, my apartment still looks nice. :)
