Everything seemed to melt away as Sabine's hand, the one that had teasingly traced along Ezra's jawline and neck, lingered in place, their eyes locking together in a trance. The tease and playful banter whispered between them dying on their tongues as they gazed into the other's eyes. Warm amber and deep blue shimmering from the soft lights above them. The music and busily chatter of others dancing around them seemed to fade and blur into the background as their focus was firmly on the other. Their smiles softened on their faces as they continued to dance and sway together slowly. Ezra's hands on her waist holding her tenderly, while hers lightly trailed along the silk material of his outfit and lightly caressing down his neck. Both their eyes simultaneously glancing down at the other's lips, before finding each other's eyes once again. Their faces gravitating towards the other, a magnetic pull that neither objected. Their noses brush lightly on the other, their lips so close, warm breath mingling between them as their eyes slowly close. The heat of the other lips just barely brushing against the other, milliseconds from closing the gap between them - "Ah, Mr. and Mrs. Talla-Morgan, there you two are!" A voice broke through the moment. The music, the chatter of the people around them, the twinkling lights of the ballroom all came back into focus. Sabine could feel Ezra wince a little, before pulling back first from their near, almost, practically brushing kiss. She couldn't help but sigh a little with displeasure at the interruption, biting the inside of her cheek, before taking in a breath to steady her racing heart. She smiles soon after, feeling the heated blush on her cheeks as she turns to face the informant they were supposed to connect with during their undercover mission. "Risa Jeareri! So good to see you!"
