I mainly used Twitter for following Cleveland Guardians fans and writers. Have decided to give Twitter the ol' stanky boot after Tuesday's results. Would love to find a community of #guardians fans to connect with on here, if there is one. Throw me a follow and I'll return the favor

pretty funny in retrospect that QAnon hinged on the idea that powerful elites at the highest levels of government were smart enough to talk in code when sending emails to each other about their despicable crimes

I always knew I didn’t like Emmanuel Clase. Couldn’t quite explain it because he was so good at times. Knowing now he may have intentionally blown the ALCS and who knows what else over the last couple years, feeling very justified in my hatred.

I hope to someday love anything as much as Vince Gilligan loves Albuquerque

Myles Straw walkoff would’ve been HILARIOUS

I’ve always wondered if I’ll cry if the Guards ever win one but considering I’m a little dusty thinking about a possible Jays walkoff, it is clear I will be snotty if it ever happens

I know this is not about Cleveland. Good for Toronto. But good GOD is Cleveland’s hitting development program BROKEN.

How can you not be romantic about baseball?

Shane Bieber is proof I have really grown as a person. Ten years ago, I’d have been rooting HAWRD against him just simply for existing on a team that wasn’t Cleveland. Even though he had nothing to do with it. Now? Rooting for him like he’s still in a Guards uniform

I had a hard time enjoying this team for most of the season but that said, the run was insane and they turned the last month into a blast. But it is so painfully obvious the offense isn’t good enough to win a championship. Ownership has to change philosophy and get two good bats

When did Manzardo forget how to hit fastballs?

I an so happy this team made the postseason. But if these first two games don’t convince the ownership/front office to go get at least two bats in the offseason, I’m gonna lose my mind.

Oh, you thought the Guardians were going to lose on AL Central clinch day?

Feel like the jig is up for Schneemann. Just throw away, away, away and he won’t touch it

All jokes aside, I can talk myself into any guardians team. I STRUGGLED to find the positives with this team. And I still know the offense is rough. But dammit if I haven’t convinced myself this pitching staff can carry us. I believe. It’s our year.

Imagine doubting this Guardians team. . . .

The Cleveland Guardians—who are in the midst of one of the craziest baseball seasons I’ve ever seen—just clinched a playoff spot after their batter was hit by a pitch in the bottom of the 9th with 2 out.

Tomorrow they can clinch the AL Central. THEY WERE 11 GAMES BACK ON SEPTEMBER 5th!
