My husband’s Social Security is going up 2.8%. His Medicare part B is going up 100%. He is required to keep it or he will lose his Tricare for Life that he earned retiring from the Coast Guard after 22 years of service. Didn’t see that coming. 🙄

Scrubbing any evidence that Trump was ever there? A sailboat approached Little St. James — known as Epstein Island — the crew was stunned to see many FBI agents swarming the property. A woman on the boat says they had just crossed over from St. John when they spotted agents on the dock.

Things are so messed up in this country that I just read a headline that said, “Beheadings, Child Abductions, and Thousands fleeing” and it took me a minute to realize they were talking about Mozambique and not the U.S. 🥲

I have 2 friends, one from Puerto Rico & one who's family is from India, both are US citizens & both carry their passports everywhere they go. I had a woman say, "so, I have to have my drivers license if I am going to drive. No difference." Some people are just stupid.

Dems caving are why so many people stop voting. I hear it all the time—why bother? Neither party cares about the people and in the end they do what they want. I voted for @kaine.senate.gov twice and he let us down again. GOP is laughing because they know no one is going to stop them.

So Senator Kaine has shut down his phones. He sells us out and then is too cowardly to stand by his decision. He's joined @schumer.senate.gov who continues to sell out his constituents. Time for the old guard to retire. Step aside and let those with a backbone serve.

I am from UK - even to me this is the equivalent of Farage becoming PM & closing Parliament then bulldozing half of Buckingham Palace to build a Stringfellows. Did he even move the fixtures and fittings? Where did he move the chandeliers & paintings? Given them away as gifts to donors? Horrifying

The White House is only 55,000 sq ft. A ballroom that is 90,000 sq ft and is significantly larger than a football field. The ballroom at Versailles was only 8,000 sq ft. There is no way it’s "just a ballroom" - He is building himself a new palace.

Why didn‘t the Democrats truly vet the candidates during the primaries in Virginia? The GOP is having a field day with Jay Jones and now there is a good chance we are going to have a hard core MAGA AG who will do Trump’s bidding. Let’s hope he doesn’t drag Spanberger down with him.

We loved our few days in Chicago. It was truly a beautiful city and wish we had planned to stay longer. We never felt unsafe while we were there.
