Having just watched the press briefing on the DC shooting, it struck me that the only competent participants were the Mayor of DC and the Exec. Asst. Police Chief. The MPD is a highly competent force.

I am no fan of the NBA, but I am generally aware of what’s going on in the league. I have to wonder what the helm the Washington Wizards are doing in this league. Is the team management that incompetent for that long?
