I just have so many bad vibes - there’s no HR meaning there’s nothing to incentivize growing my career, there’s no one ABOVE ME or licensing specific (aka no roles to grow into,)

I got a text telling me they changed the role title from approvals coordinator to brand assurance and they didn’t give a reason why….? The duties are the same
