You have clearly failed to cover common means of transport such as hot air balloons, pogo sticks, elephants and peddle powered submersibles, therefore this review of transport options is hopelessly incomplete and of no use to the discerning consumer, 2/10 please do better.

I'd be inclined to think this, but somehow the Supreme Court were happy with the assumption that the writers of the GRA in 2004 did not understand the existence of and the interactions of the GRA with Sex Discrimination Act 1975 or The Sex Discrimination (Gender Reassignment) Regulations 1999
