There is a belief that "nirvana" originally was used to mean "cool down" ... in a Goldie Lox & 3 bears kinda way.
A similar Thai term is "jai yen" - cool heart.

Trump should’ve been impeached and removed for 1000 different things he’s done this term. Just because it doesn’t happen doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t be holding everyone who failed to remove him accountable for their complicity

I get it!

Lately, I've been using local dark brown sugar with cacao in hot coconut milk.
Grateful to have noticed the water getting hotter. Jumped across the Pacific 2007.

I had many a NW adventure; not too much along the Oregon coast - Seaside north. Spent some of "the good old days" in Friday Harbor. That house now holds AA meetings.
Last place I lived in the US was OLY. Great location for going up into the Peninsula or to Rainier.
