I lost 7kg's of fat! I've been performing scoliosis exercises everyday for two years, which has severely reduced my scoliosis!

I received my xray scan today and the curve of my scoliosis has been drastically reduced! What a relief 💪

My daily work-out routine:

20 minutes of scoliosis and lower-back decompression exercises

20 mintes of intense cardio

30 minutes of weight lifting, focusing on my core
