The decision for a production to flip is personal for smaller projects and huge and requires lots of legal resources for larger projects. I’m grateful to know enough about these agreements and the union to provide answers to indie devs who are considering adopting a 1/2

Working with Rosemilk to flip their indie VN has been a LOT of work and more resources than we anticipated, but the comfort of our cast and the ability to build their health and pension is important to actors and I’m happy to do my part to help with the process!
Thanks to our partners at Soundbox, LLC and in support of our voice actors, we have signed the Interim Interactive Media Agreement and our project is now a SAG-AFTRA Union game!
