We use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) when working Offshore to ensure we survive and protect ourselves from emergencies!

PPE is the most important tool to use when working Offshore because the Offshore Environment is the area that has various hazards:
- Bad weather
- Wind and waves
- Slippery areas
- Chemicals
- Toxic gases
- Machinery that can explode and cause fires
- Heat exposure

There are no hospitals and Medical Teams offshore that can help us!

Some PPE that must be used when working Offshore:
- Helmet
- Gloves
- Life jacket
- Boots
- Safety glasses

PPE will protect us from dangers and hostile environments!

Wearing PPE is mandatory and complies with International Maritime Safety Regulations! Ignoring it can result in significant penalties and fines.

Warning: Emergencies can occur at any time, anywhere, including Offshore! When an emergency occurs, we cannot ask for extra time to use PPE! Therefore, always wear PPE at all times!
