Hiked the trails of Balboa Park this morning with friends.

9.6 miles!

In June 2025, I finished a $13.5M renovation of the Lyceum Theatres two stages and back of house.

Unfortunately, we were unable to open as the mall owner removed our only access. It has been sitting vacant. So very sad!

Feeling emotional --- a mixture of sadness to see Sandanz leave, but excited she will come back a brand new woman!

I strongly recommend group therapy! It's life changing. I found the essence of my being when I was four before the trauma -- a child filled with love and happiness.

Through group, I learned coping skills to navigate the world. I discovered my bad habits developed over a lifetime can be reversed.

I'm in my final week of intensive mood group therapy. The process is live changing.

My initial being was a happy, loving, caring child until tragic events occurred that set a course of life-long destructive behaviors.

Layer by layer the trauma has peeled away revealing my true essence. 1)

All flights, the week retreat, and AirBnB before and after are all booked. Now, all I have left to book is the travel from Liberia to Nosara and back. It's a 2.5 - 3 hour bus trip.

Now, I'm excited!

Update on Sandanz. Lucky 7 in the L.A. area specializes on 1988 and 1989 RX7 Mazda rotary engine cars. There were only 20,000 shipped to the U.S., so it has been challenging to find a repair shop.

My insurance company is paying for a tow. Soon, I will make arrangements for her engine repairs.

I struggled mightily hiking up to Potato Chip Rock. Between having difficulties walking up steep inclines (my back spasms) and loss of weight recently, it was a challenging 5.6 mile round trip.

Lucky my hiking mates Catherine + Travis were so patient and understanding.
