I cannot understand why US Immigration and Customs Enforcement is allowed or required in Italy! Is this just another boondoggle by Noem and her boyfriend on taxpayer dollars? I feel for those dedicated athletes who now have to endure this unnecessary activity.

ICE was created on March 1, 2003, as part of the Homeland Security Act of 2002. Congress created ICE. It can dissolve it. And we should demand that they do so!
