The time has come for my annual sinus/upper respiratory infection.

Started the day with an Advil severe cold and sinus OTC pill, a steamed towel over my whole face, and a medipot sinus rinse. I feel like shit, but it could be worse.

I've been eating poorly over the past 2 weeks (lots of processed food & sweets), but somehow managing to hover around 180lbs. 😅

Imagine if I had eaten a more balanced whole food diet. I'd be at my goal weight for the year by now 😫

At some point in my 29th year, I lost my aversion to chicken salad.

Bought a new saddle for my bike and got professionally fitted this past weekend. Spent 2.5 hours last night cleaning my drive chain. Might sound crazy, but I'm gonna shoot for a 62-mile ride next weekend on the Tanglefoot Trail 👣

Collected trash along the hike, there's a lot more out there, I collected what I could without falling off the trail.

I did a serious number on my back on August 3rd. After 4 PT sessions, I can SLEEP again, I'm walking (kinda) normally, and I'm not dependent on my heating pad for comfort/relief.
