I'm so envious of the "I don't want the summer holidays to end" people, because I am drowning. Juggling work between sporadic childcare, caring for a child with complex health needs and trying to prepare another one for secondary school, plus making fun memories... exhausting. I need routine again!

It was worth the early alarm to watch the sunrise with my eldest this morning. In all the chaos, it was lovely to have a special moment with him...and then he jumped in the sea for a swim with his friends 🤦‍♀️😂

2 months since I decided to start taking care of myself again. Not a massive change in how I look, but I'm feeling so much better. I can walk into the gym without being a bundle of nerves and take a photo without hiding behind my coat 😁
