Has anyone had a book traditionally published and then self-published or vice-versa? Which worked better and led to more book sales?
Indie publishing seems to be the worst of both worlds. I do all my own marketing and make very little from book sales. I would like to hear your experiences!

I like either format as long as the author can keep building the suspense purposefully and not get lost in it.
