Finished the texture and shading on the boots today and added some stuff to the shorts as well as some armour ornaments below the scale-skirt. Not supposed to be highly detailed.

Next step is making the knee guards shine!

I hope this is one of the last WIP posts of Misako's illustration. The armour is mostly done and boots and coat texture is to my liking.

I might want to watch a cloth shading tutorial again. Not like I only wanted to take a one day break that turned into 25...

Going back to my illustration for my paladin. That one has been sitting idle for a month now. Today I continued the sword and blotted in the flames, smearing to generate the heat effect and adding more magic effects is something for tomorrow.

Now I'm not sure if that shading is looking correct, but it sure as hell *is* shading! Fixed some proportions on the eyes and shadow positioning.

Also a power outage has erased 30 minutes of work and I'm not mad.

Today I blotted in shadows and started lineart hatching and shading. Gonna make this a big training piece for detailed texturing via hatching and deliberate line placement.

I'm sure Kyouko would approve as the painter she is ❤️

Day 2 of every-day-a-drawing and I have half a drawing done!
I'm beginning to believe I'm not good with time.

The base lineart is essentially finished and I'm happy with the composition, hope to get to colouring next and fill in the shading on the go.

WIP of another mermaid piece. MerMay is only over when I say so!

I decided to give myself another challenge and deliver one drawing a day during June to teach myself a Final Fantasy-esque style.

Yeah... ain't no way I can keep up already.
