Turns out the area i am in has so many people who just want to dump minis for other projects or whatever reason. I might be able to engage with the hobby, and not give GW money. Just gotta be able to like. Dm people past anxiety

ideas. Like there is a log book people can just walk up to and write in. It's filled with events, peoples thoughts RP and hell even poems. And it's been kept alive by a dedicated fan base. No sub, no microtransactions. Just players making their adventures as a community and i kinda cried at it

i was watching a video of a game called Merridian 59 the other day. For those who don't know what it is, it was the first Graphics based MMORPG (the ones before were either text based or like aski art) And it's still being played. and it has a tonne of surprisingly good features and oldschool
