Side to side comparison of 3 drawings of The Prodigy from Ayreon's "The Theory of Everything". First, a finished drawing from 2021, where the character, a child with long black hair and huge blue eyes is sitting down with his legs crossed, looking up. Under that, a sketch of the same character with the same appearance in blue colored pencil, he has no clear expression. To the right, a portrait of the character, entirely redesigned, from 2025. He has shorter hair but longer bits still peek from behind. He has no expression or glow in his eyes.
