The standard monthly rate for 2 people with 2 or more dependants from income assistance is $1,072.
The average monthly cost of a 1 bedroom apt is $2000.
Where are people supposed to get the other half of rent, let alone food? hygiene products? clothing for the kids? (or adults?)

AI is not the answer to all of our problems.
It's only as accurate as the data it uses, which is the same data CRA employees have access to but don't use.
Trust in the CRA has plummeted, and relying on AI to fix its issues is only going to make things worse

We already know how to lower deaths.
Lower speed limits (30km> result in the most survivable pedestrian incidents)
Narrow roads (people don't drive as fast when there is less space)
Increase other infrastructure (bike/bus lanes)
But then people get cranky they can't fly down the road...

Canada Post is not a public service - it's a Crown Corporation. This means that it is like a private business..but owned by the government. There is no rule that says it should be beholden to the people of Canada.
This is a problem.
It should be treated as a public entity not requiring profits. /1

When you call a government body, you shouldn't expect the info they provide to be accurate

Excuse me?! The fact that there is no recourse is abhorrent. If I call a government department, I expect them to give accurate info. It's a minimum expectation

Know what helps bring crime down?

-Housing
-Secure food
-Proper medical care (using the US to compare is like saying a bomb isn't dangerous because at least its not mustard gas)
