Just checked the Prem heavyweight title score. Bath are taking this more seriously than Stormers

I have left the room twice during this half, return just as both teams score tries. #LEIvSHA

The coop on it’s day has a fine meal deal. You just have to get there before the good sandwiches and sides sell out

Ian Madigan has come straight from his shift on the trawler #LEIvSHA

GPT couldn’t confirm the English lineal champ, estimated it was Bath. I was secretly hoping it had been snatched by London Welsh, Rotherham or Orrell and had actually been competed for in the lower leagues for years.

With all of the power of generative AI I decided to double check the full URC lineal history from Pro14 to current day and by chance Stormers are undisputed URC heavyweight champions. Ex champs are Leinster, Ulster, Munster and Glasgow.

I can’t wait until next week when the mighty Zebre beat Stormers and take the lineal URC heavyweight title from them. Then the following week Leinster can snatch it back from Zebre
scorzey.bsky.social
Stormers taking this whole lineal URC heavyweight championship thing a bit too seriously. To be fair the Lions would have beaten Scarlets for it next week anyway. Zebre the next challengers!

Week 3 - its title fight Friday. URC heavyweight champions the Stormers travel to Wales to face the Scarlets. I predict a new champion with weakened opposition the trend for teams on the northern hemisphere tour.

Week 2 - World Wrugby Federation title fight results. URC heavyweight champs Stormers retain against Ospreys. Prem heavyweight champs Bath retain against Sale. I need a snappy name for all of this

To make this season more interesting and combat those pesky R360 scamps, I propose treating the URC and Prem like WWE. Last years winners start off as champs and have to defend each week. Leinster already lost the URC title to Stormers, Bath defend tonight against Sale.

I wondered how we got dragged into all of this

Only slightly less embarrassing than us playing at Butts Park

Wonder if they told him he’d be replaced in a year and he told them in his own way that he didn’t want to be caretaker

That was a fun World Cup, from Northampton to Bristol via York and Brighton. I had a blast, followed the green wave and my wife is extremely happy! Bring on the Six Nations! #RWC2025

Congratulations to Bill Sweeney and Bill Beaumont on your well earned bonuses #RWC2025

Fucking hell, Leinster were so bad Wales could have beaten them tonight. I should have stayed late at uni

Late lectures Friday mean I will miss the first of the annual Leinster URC South African capitulation. It’s good to get it out of the way with early for once.

Congratulations to Bill Sweeney for all of the hard work you personally put in getting the Red Roses to the World Cup final. I hope you are compensated massively for it #RWC2025

I look forward to the podcast or netflix series about the inner dealings of the R360 collapse

Other than the disappointment of losing in the quarter finals, today felt like the day that this World Cup lost its spirit. France played a full Rassie, win at every cost game and at times it felt nasty. If I wanted nasty, I’d watch Leinster play.

That yellow card ruined the game. Should be have even been a penalty

After getting sunburnt during the opening weekend at Franklins Gardens, I am currently packing for a storm in Bristol tomorrow. #RWC2025

I can’t argue with that. Football and rugby the excitement is over in 2 hours. Cricket drags that out for approx 7 hours whilst allowing continuous drinking in the stands. Stewards trust spectators, spectators largely behave.

I’ve a friend in County Kildare does them, but you talk to me.
