I’m feeling the same fear that I did during the lead up to the draft. That the Bears would somehow pick a QB other than Caleb. Poles got it right. Same fear now about picking someone other than Johnson. Only now George & Warren are involved. Trouble. #Bears

I’ve come to the conclusion that Poles has to go. They need to hire a Coach and GM combo in order to have any chance at success, especially since there is no way it will be Poles hire. Bears McCaskeyed it again. #Bears

Still True. But this doesn’t mean Belicheck makes sense for this team NOW. #Bears
For every Reid and Belecheck, there are 100 Eberflus’. If you think about it, the Chicago Bears have had 2 1/2 great coaches, Halas, Ditka and Smith in 104 years. #Bears

He has to be a “Leader of Men”? Of course he has to be a Leader of Men. But he must be able to be on the forefront of Offensive design and implementation. I hated the Eberflus hire because he was a DC. I don’t want Vrabel or Belececk. I don’t want anything but a great offensive mind. #Bears

One thing is really nagging at me. The Bears have so much $$$ on the books for two fired guys, I can see The McCaskey’s insisting on Brown regardless of if he’s the right guy. He’d probably keep most of the remaining staff and save cash. #Besrs
