JUST IN: A Frost Advisory is in effect from 2am to 9am Friday for Fayette, Union, Franklin, Butler, Warren, and Clinton County. Seasonal plants in the advisory area are susceptible to a damaging frost late tonight.

As cooler air has oozed back into the Tri-State to finish out the work week, but it's a bit too warm for frost. Frosts and freezes, however, are increasingly likely in the next month. Halloween is about 3 weeks away!

The dewpoint is sitting a whopping 25° lower than 24 hours ago. Satellite area shows no high clouds inbound from the west, so I will keep us clear tonight once cumulus clouds die out. Frost looks patchy north and northeast of Cincinnati early Thursday.

I suspect a Frost Advisory will be issued for areas north and east of Cincinnati this afternoon and for tonight. Many valley locations and areas north/east of the Queen City will dip into the upper 30s tomorrow morning.
