Today is the 166th anniversary of the publication of Charles Darwin’s book “On the Origin of Species.” Few publications have changed the world as much as this one.

I agree, settling Mars or elsewhere is extremely challenging. I just wrote a whole book about it, including a deep dive into what would happen to the people who tried to live there.

Yesterday I submitted a grant proposal to National Geographic for an educational project in Tanzania and applied to NASA for media credentials to attend the Artemis II launch (sending people to the moon for 1st time since 1972). 10-year-old me would be very happy with how things are shaping up!
