Twilight Blade Insignia are no longer Warband transferrable.
And world quests now reward Resonance Crystals instead of Insignia.
I guess people were getting their gear and rewards too quickly. :/
Because HEAVEN FORBID a WoW prepatch event be anything other than a tedious slog.
