#1 way of scaring away a brand partner trying to pull a sketchy deal on you: After they share your cut ask them what the total deal size is.

Most brand partners refuse to share this number because they know it will make them look bad.

I'm a big fan of this story on how brand partners are giving developers ridiculously low cuts of larger deals. Brand reps should be getting ~10-30% depending on how involved they are - that's how this usually works on other platforms!!

On Roblox they often taken 50-90%!

not kidding when I say thousands of reports. This has been gaslighting me for so long. I cannot express how much time I have wasted "fixing" my own code and trying to resolve this. I've been sober for 2 years but I want a drink after this

Ya'll it took me 5 fucking months of on and off debugging - thousands of vague reports of "clip audio isn't working" "my songs aren't loading" "I can't hear anything!!" to figure out the source of my pains

It's Roblox's new audio system not setting "IsReady" sometimes - even if the audio *is* ready
