Apparently I have gastroparesis(unconfirmed) and my ozempic has slowly been exacerbating the symptoms until I had a full blown flare on Monday. 15 straight hours of purging, follow by 3 days of Gatorade and broth in tiny qualities until I sussed out what was going on.
