Jaquan Brisker, Grady Jarrett and Darnell Wright once again did not participate. Wright was doing conditioning on an adjacent field.

Kyler Gordon and TJ Edwards were both present.

The Bears’ first practice coming out of the bye week is in the books. There will not be an injury report until Thursday.

With that said, I did not see the following players at practice: K Cairo Santos, S Jaquan Brisker, DT Grady Jarrett, RT Darnell Wright, TE Colston Loveland.

Bears coach Ben Johnson circled penalties and the run game as areas to improve coming out of the bye.

"We're shooting ourselves in the foot quite a bit," Johnson said.

On the run game: "It's going to take a little bit of time for our guys to mesh together."
