I feel one of the most beautiful things about queer love is that it includes generative movement with the cosmos. Those I share love with can create worlds through destruction of ones that can never tend our grief.

I’ve struggled with insomnia since I was a kid and it’s aggravating as an adult to realize that it’s not a me/“disorder” problem. If only capitalism didn’t exist…

100% people have studied/written about this… though I feel nobody talks enough about the necessity of “pride” to not only affirm personal and cultural dignity, but how pride can temporarily steer from the specific violence that living under colonial siege will always encourage your self hatred.

I hate to say it but it’s very aggravating to notice the conflation between conversations of protecting relations and culture with “hurry! you should have a baby in order to sustain your lineage and culture” …like something about that doesn’t sit right with me. There are other ways.

To say that the land was never “legally owned” for Native people to claim is to acknowledge and affirm their extermination. Legal ownership relies on death in order to sustain its validity.

White supremacists have created assessments of purity because if you can identify something as “pure”, you allow possibility for contamination and dilution.. This is what they do to Indigenous peoples. This is what they do to our blood and their own

Yes we can go on about how Spam is distributed via imperialism, is bad for your health, etc… but something my grandma taught me is that it’s fucked up for settlers to introduce/encourage processed food to then turn around and say “oh that food is bad for you”..
