Something I’ve been working really hard on in the last few years is the power of AND. It’s truly more
powerful than I had realized. Multiple things can be true at the same time. Inserting the AND doesn’t diminish anything that came before it, like the far too often used “but”.

Starting fresh somewhere is scary… it’s like going to a new school and knowing one wrong look, sentence, or laugh could have you in exile 😅 social anxiety at its finest.
