Has a gas station near you closed? This California law may be why
As of Jan. 1, California is mandating that underground fuel tanks have two protective shells to prevent soil or groundwater contamination. Some station owners are scrambling to comply.

Seems to me that traditional bingo is now well less than 50% of the content at a local bingo fundraiser my wife and I attend. More time and a lot more money seems to go towards “auxiliary” pull-tabs and “strip” games.
I wish they’d just go ahead and offer poker.

I have fond memories of Top Dog in Berkeley.
Just watched my first Canadian Football game. For me, it seemed to fall into an uncanny valley between a. something like Rugby, which has a few common elements but is clearly a different sport and b. something like NCAA Football, that is similar enough to the NFL that the differences seem minor.

Was there an officiating error during the Raven's recovery of the Stafford fumble? The umpire signaled "stop clock" when the ball was initially recovered near the 50 with 1:23 on the clock. The clock appeared to stop.
