In fairness it should be one or the other not both. Razen to 2 is a minimum just for Sue plays. With him at one if you draw him and Sue you lose a ton of play on opps turn with his destroy effect. I think SYS is the safer choice to 3 but again limits interaction. Ideally Razen 2 SYS 3.
