🔴After 898 days since the signing of the "Cessation of Hostilities Agreement" for Tigray, how are +1MLN IDPs doing today? They are still waiting to return to their homes and above all to have justice for them and the +800,000 victims of the #TigrayGenocide #Justice4Tigray #CoHA
The Pretoria Agreement has failed to protect civilians from the forceful subjugation of the genocidal 🇪🇷 government. Yet, one of the parties responsible for protecting Tigrayans and the territory of Tigray, the 🇪🇹government, hasn't recognized its responsibility.

Governments have a duty to ensure their people's human rights. Since Nov. 2020, the Ethiopian govt has not only failed to protect Tigrayans' rights but has grossly violated them in the #TigrayGenocide. Tigrayans' right to life continues to be infringed. #HumanRightsDay.

“There are still new repeatedly raped victims arriving from the border areas. Some women chose to remain silent or prefer death over seeking treatment. We are only seeing the tip of the iceberg” says Sister Mulu Mesfen
