By a vote of 46-51, the Senate did not agree to the motion to proceed to the consideration of S.J. Res. 76, a joint resolution of disapproval of the rule submitted by the EPA (Schiff Oil and Gas CRA). Senator Collins voted aye. Senators Justice, Markey, and Sanders did not vote.

Following the Nieh vote, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus luncheons.
