Although Budget 2025 did not extend the tax incentive for Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs), I remain encouraged by the strong case for moving forward on this key issue.
There is still time to reconsider this decision and to extend the current capital gains tax exemption beyond December 31, 2026.1/9
