People can't grow from a place of shame. They need a goal of an ideal self. A huge point for religion is that people feel they are redeemed from something. We're all angry that dimwits got us here & now it's everyone's problem. But united we stand, divided we fall. And it's past time to stand.

Pointing & laughing won't help. People need to understand what's happening here. The funding freeze is screwing them. The leopards are eating their faces. But we need to be asking what they'd like to do about it. This is a chance to recruit people back to the right side of history. Plan accordingly.
