Nope. This one started off as such because it was the same day as a TCG release and the TCG market has...changed..., and they got the codes

They do in terms of games a lot. Things like Bottle Caps are a direct result of feedback

With regards to event distributions, they won't entirely listen to that because local distributions are a marketing tool.
