- construction work
- broken train blocking the route
- slow trains in front of us
Delay of about one hour, arriving home well past midnight. Any compensation? Nope. On a UK train you get money back when they're 15 mins late!

Then a guy, supposedly from Telekom, told me all about the new fibre optic cable that was allegedly now installed in our street for VDSL and could he please come inside and have a look at my router and take my contact details so they can send me a new one for VDSL. Sorry NO?!

Honestly! What is this day? Last evening someone tried to break into the house. The front door lock is a mess but our property management isn't in today nor did they care about it last evening. So the door remains insecure until Monday, maybe Tuesday.

Flight around 10 but public transport to the airport is reliably unreliable and I have to check-in my suitcase so getting up at 5. Wish me luck because I'm flying Ryan Air & I don't trust them with my suitcase.

It's so odd to not pack my red book, my #SacredHarp 1991 edition for the upcoming UK convention. I've only had mine since 2016 but that's also 9 years of travelling and singing from it. Excited for the green book ♥️
