Shiromaru green eggplant has a mild, creamy, and sweet flavor with a tender yet firm texture that holds up well when cooked.
It’s heat tolerant and produces all season long.
I like to dice it up and add to cucumber salad, but it made some killer eggplant Parmesan too 🌱💚

Goldenrod has showy, bright yellow flowers and heavy, sticky pollen that attracts insects, making it non-allergenic. Ragweed, on the other hand, has inconspicuous, greenish flowers and produces light, wind-borne pollen, which is a primary cause of seasonal allergies.

Goldenrod is often confused with ragweed-
But it’s the ragweed pollen that causes allergies. Goldenrod doesn’t cause allergies except for specific cases in people allergic to the entire plant.

I never knew this before so thought I’d share-Orange Sulphur butterflies have the ability to change their wing color between yellow and white to communicate with each other and adapt to different temperatures.
