Also max tax is so much lower so you want to work. Basic rate is 12 %. We totally over taxed here which always stagnates the economy

Not in a million years does sevo account for 0.1% of world greenhouse emissions. Can you quote a paper where it is measured to be that in the atmosphere. Sound like a paracetamol Trump science story

Meticulously placed local infiltration before closure . Pity one arm was not this. Saves time and very effective for first night. Most patients go home the next day here . PCA not used rather 2 doses of tapentadol max

Use it a lot on trauma lists in conjunction with tci propofol especially in children or the frail.

Huh did one 2 weeks ago 83 frail. Art line and big cannula & his preinduction. 20 mg propofol wth nitrous oxide and sevoflurane max 2%. Fentanyl 100 Atracurium and tube. Fem n block
Eventually Psv pro 1% sevoflurane 60% nitrous. Did well and in recovery for 2 hours then ward

A block I just battle with 🥵. Never seems that clear. On retire and return I do colorectal resections ga with or without spinal or in some cases epidurals. My other day is full trauma list. Often upper & lower limb blocks
