Where can consumers get justice? I was waiting for a @BankofAmerica representative for over 20 minutes. Finally got Carol Ann from WV, and the phone system hangs up on me.

This was after another 30+ minute call, where rep was unable to help or transfer me to the correct dept.

Why does @FedEx @FedExHelp not care about honesty? Their own employee left me a voicemail saying GPS tracking has it delivered to the wrong address, and then just now I get an email saying my case was closed because "it was delivered correctly"
