The USCG cutter Stone offloaded 49k pounds of seized drugs this week at Port Everglades Fl., the most cocaine seized by a cutter in USCG history. Captain Anne O’Connell (yeah, a woman!) and crew deserve our thanks and respect. THATS THE WAY TO DO IT- honorably and legally!!

In fy 2025, the USCG seized a record 510,000 pounds of cocaine and arrested at least 86 traffickers, in lawful interdiction and detention operations. In contrast, this year so far, Trump has ordered at least 18 air strikes on small boats with 69 persons killed, 2 survivors. EXTRAJUDICIAL KILLINGS!

These strikes on presumed drug trafficking boats is, in addition to the previously stated objections, is another attempt by Trump to show he can exert raw and lethal power without constraint or consequences. And practice for us here at home, if we let him get away with it.
