mmmm is it me or is twitch suffering with quality and buffering more?

like, my player will try to play ads to me but sometimes that crashes it and I need to close and open the app...

sometimes even though I have 360p it still buffers badly

Because of my medicine induced gastritis I have been following a "white" diet, aka chicken soup, steamed rice, salad, etc.

of course with little to no oil

not exactly hard to follow since I don't eat chili to begin with
