I drew this a few years ago inspired by Star Trek TMP. It's my idea of a Constitution refit variant that blends elements of the Phase II & TMP Enterprise & a few bespoke features like an aft torpedo launcher & an ECM system.

Dave Filoni's greatest creative accomplishment was making PT Anakin and TCW Anakin the same character. Hayden Christensen never got to be the Anakin that Obi-Wan told Luke about. But thankfully, Filoni gave Hayden the chance to be that Anakin.

Picard clearly remembers the Enterprise-D refit having Phasers on the nacelles, so after the loss of Two Galaxy class ships in a year in combat situations, he advised Starfleet to fit them onto the USS Venture as an experiment.
