All I can say on this is that it’s good we have a SCOTUS full of principled constitutionalists to prevent overly broad & fascistically restrictive laws like this from being allowed to stand under strict judicial scrutiny.

Nevertheless, this sets up a false dilemma. There is a difference between therapeutic massage & sex-for-hire, for instance. Not making a moral judgment, just a distinction. Not all speech is equally permissible. Like a capo ordering his guy to “paint a house.” Or lying under oath as one’s “opinion.”

ICE is managed like the Contras in 1980s Central America. No records, no written orders, no accountability to civil or juridical oversight. They’re lawless enforcers of dictatorial edicts loosed on population to terrorize & suppress opposition. No accounting of detainees & lists of Disappeared grow.

So far as we’ve any daylight into ICE procedures, there are no incident reports, no responsible command oversight, no enforced standards for detainment or arrest. In actual lawful police enforcement, officers are required to write incident reports at least. Because civil & criminal liability attach.
