Saw @foilarmsandhog.bsky.social at The Vic in Chicago tonight. Great show!
Maximum respect to Colby, the lawyer they plucked out of the crowd to participate in a sketch; he absolutely killed it.

Wtf at those shitty folding chairs, though?!

Rolled credits on Mafia: The Old Country this morning. That was a good-ass game.

I’ve had one experience swapping tires on a motorcycle with tubes and spokes and that was a nightmare. I’m not looking forward to ever doing it again.

Made my first purchase of the Steam autumn sale today: Tomb Raider Definitive Survior Trilogy with a bunch of DLC for $11.91.
These games are a few years old so they run pretty much locked at 60 on the Steam Deck.

RIP #gamepass, you used to be cool.

You can take your $30 subscription and shove it where the sun don't shine.

Outdoor book sale at Brattle Book Shop in Boston MBTA Orange line at North Station Sunset at the Bunker Hill Monument from Bill Russell Bridge. Lots of yachts moored in the foreground. Sunset at Bunker Hill Memorial Bridge, shot from the nearby Bill Russell bridge, with lots of vehicle traffic present. Black and white "Unbound" statue at King's Chapel, Boston, recently unveiled. The statue honors the 219 people who were enslaved by members and ministers of the church. It is 14 feet tall and depicts a black woman releasing six birds out of a cage to freedom. Sunset at Bunker Hill Memorial Bridge, shot from the nearby Bill Russell bridge, with lots of vehicle traffic present. Italian restaurants at Boston's North Square. This is a dense neighborhood of narrow streets with lots of Italian restaurants and a great atmosphere.

Rowing team on the Charles River meets T-Rex at the Science Museum Boston's Old State House, site of the Boston Massacre. This is the oldest surviving public building in the city and is surrounded by far more modern tall buildings. A uniformed park ranger rides a horse on Boston Common Dutch angle shot of an old church in downtown Boston, shot that way because it was shot from a moving vehicle with limited viewing angles...

Quincy Market at night. There are lots of people around. A large American flag hangs over the building entrance. Boston Custom House clock tower illuminated at night A carousel in motion on the Boston Greenway at night Interior of the 'living room' at the Citizen M North station hotel. Lots of eclectic things on shelves, with large hanging light fixtures with reflective copper-looking surfaces.

Some scenes from my past few days in Boston

Spherical sculptures at 100 High Street in Boston. One is like a spherical representation of an MBTA red line train, the other Fenway Park's green monster scoreboard. Contrails seen between tall buildings in the evening sky A brightly-lit event space between two buildings. Downtown Boston street scene in the evening. Lots of reflective glass.

Mafia: The Old Country update. I’m on to chapter 8 now and still enjoying it very much. I don’t know how many chapters there are in total but I feel like I’m quite deep into it now.

I like this game, and would recommend it to others.

I was there... all the way in the back in the other room they had to open up to contain the crowding!
