It was surprisingly easy (and kinda fun) to expose a running system to Claude Desktop using an MCP server, it's the first time it felt like AI was actually an alternative interface. Finally, back to text only interfaces!

Interesting read on how Reddit moved it's K8s deployments forward. It's one of the ways K8s really shines, that declarative state and reconciliation loop really removed a lot of static IAC headaches. Modelling it as an FSM is.... interesting conceptually thenewstack.io/reddit-no-lo...
