Famously the democrats were right.

America is now lost.

I can see you won’t change your mind. That’s fine but I won’t stop arguing that a vote for greens is vote for reform
shane11.bsky.social
My entire feed is attacking reform.

I get angry that the greens are attacking the PM. It’s political opportunism in a time we can’t afford it.

It’s also a lie. You can’t say “he quoted” when he did not.
shane11.bsky.social
He did apologise.

But again. Polanski is lying. This is well after the event, but he knows the damage it did so why not lie eh?
shane11.bsky.social
You missed my part

“He’s dropped the ball throughout”

He has messed up. Again, the least popular PM then the bloke who literally killed people and locked everyone up whilst he partied?
shane11.bsky.social
Example.

This is a lie. Attached with a fake quote with a conspiracy theory.

2.5k likes. No pushback, no community note.

Btw Starmer should have acted on X a long time ago. However I’m just pointing out I bet this rumour is repeated on TV/Radio in next day or so.
shane11.bsky.social
1) See picture

2) I explicitly say in the thread Starmer is not the messiah, and yeah Corbyn has a whole band around him who treat him as the messiah. People supporting him now are frankly ridiculous
shane11.bsky.social
A ID system that could save us all money, cut back on paperwork for businesses and is the future. Do you really think everything will be paper forever?
shane11.bsky.social
Nothing I’ve said isn’t true.

Polanski has lied repeatedly about the PM and Corbyn has repeatedly undermined Labour because he lost twice.
shane11.bsky.social
I don’t recall her name but she’s commented elsewhere on the thread
shane11.bsky.social
Winter fuel allowance is not and was not needed by the most.

Employers NI should have gone up, it returned to where it was in pandemic, we need cash.

These are political decisions in our volatile market to allow some spending we desperately needed
shane11.bsky.social
Seems a lovely person.
shane11.bsky.social
See this is exactly what I’m talking about.

You’ve lied. In your post.

Anyway. This isn’t X so get in the bin
shane11.bsky.social
He’s a stubborn bloke and does want to change the country for the better. Whilst he still believes he will fight on, I just don’t know if his wife won’t be leaning on him more and more and saying “time to leave them to it Keir”.

I hope for a change of fortunes but the press won’t allow it
shane11.bsky.social
I will be honest Virginia I believe he will resign soon.

Duty yes but the onslaught must be too much to cope. Awful as it is to say for the man I hope he puts himself first at some point. He has already done “the impossible” I just don’t think it’s good for him or his family
shane11.bsky.social
I know.

The temptation of just letting it happen.

However.

I will be deported to Australia, probably kidnapped at work and not allowed to tell my family until I was there.

I am in it now for purely selfish reasons and that’s my own future
shane11.bsky.social
Had his sexual inclinations openly discussed on X by influencers.

Ridiculed for his background.

Like him or not Starmer went to a state school, got lucky with a scholarship and went to Leeds Uni.

He’s not from the establishment and they can’t stand it.

-41. They will be delighted. Job done
5/5
shane11.bsky.social
No.

Pulled apart because he likes to watch football.

Pulled apart because he tried to end the wealthy exploitation from some of our pensioners.

Pulled apart because Farmers are been made to pay their fair share.

Lied about every single day in the press.

Attacked over his mums donkey farm

shane11.bsky.social
Of course they’ve been aided and abetted by Polanski (austerity man) lying openly in the media. Oh and Saint Jeremy and his useful band of idiots who believe in protest not power.

I’m not saying Starmer is any sort of messiah, he’s throughout dropped the ball. But has he really been that bad?

shane11.bsky.social
What a thoroughly depressing development.

The old Etonian’s, Clarkson, Tories and Russian Reformers will be delighted.

Never again will a working class person try to become PM, why would they? Starmer and Rayner have been pulled apart by a rabid press with their stooges on social media.

Seen Starmers rating.

The press must be absolutely delighted, Starmer who has improved work conditions, wages, health service, green energy expansion and renationalised railways.

Is now more hated then “let the bodies pile high” Johnson, “Thatcher milk snatcher”, the lettuce etc

Create a “Living pension” for all those that need it. That would be equivalent of £30k a year. Married couples entitled to £40k in total (I’m doing this off the cuff)…

Then remove the pension from those who don’t need it. Even taper it, surely this will save some money?

My Sunday Times piece: Sacred cows like the pension triple lock and the long freeze on fuel duty help explain why other taxes are having to go up:

Taxes are going up, and the pension triple lock is one of the reasons

Taxes are going up, and the pension triple lock is one of the reasons
As Rachel Reeves struggles to fix the public finances, sacred cows such as fuel duty and the state pension are cramping the chancellor’s room for manoeuvre

I am speaking from my experience it doesn’t feel like things are getting better
shane11.bsky.social
People are going to snap soon, the system doesn’t seem to be working at all
shane11.bsky.social
Yeah the idea we can rejoin is for the fairies, but if they are to make this argument they have to say what they are doing about it or what the end goal is.

Has to be single market or customs union, they need to be brave now.
shane11.bsky.social
Have to say, it’s getting really exhausting managing the cost increase in price of absolutely everything atm.

It drives the air out of my lungs doing a shop for a family of 4, just piles up in price so so quickly, I can’t believe it.

Something has to give here it can’t keep on getting worse.
