Counter-protester 'handcuffed' and marched out by police
Footage shows a counter-protester to the pro-Palestine demonstration being removed by the Met police after he was reportedly holding a sign that read “stand up for British Jews”.
Protesters shouted "from the rivers to the sea, Palestine will be free" as they marched towards Westminster on Saturday, a chant that Sir Keir has suggested the Government may crack down on.
Before the march set off, police ushered away multiple people carrying placards that read "We stand with Britain's Jews", taking them out of the crowd of pro-Palestine protesters.
Police make arrests after clash between rival groups
Police have made a "small number of arrests" at the pro-Palestine march in London after a small group of counter-protesters breached their conditions by demonstrating at the form up point of the Palestine Coalition demonstration.
